HLC Vacuum Safety Suctions Systems

Common components of all HLC Safety Suction Systems

The bottle has a capacity of 2 or 4 litre (depending on type) and is easy to handle.
It consists of thick-walled, unbreakable propylene and is autoclavable.
The wide-necked screw cap has 2 fast locks which automatically close when the hose connections are loosened to the suction side or vacuum pump.
The filled bottle thus is firmly closed and can be transported for disposal safely.
A ventilation element provides for the necessary pressure balance when autoclaving.
A safety filter between collection bottle and vacuum pump protects the pump and the surrounding area.
Thanks to a 3 m silicone tube you may place the collection bottle and vacuum pump even outside the Laminar Flow to save space.
A hose holder for attachment to the Laminar Flow facilitates comfortable handling. So the hose cannot slip away from the working place.

The automatic Suction Systems AA

The housing made of specially hard anodised aluminium with a powerful membrane pump, vacuum controller and mounted safety bottle holder as a compact unit.
The membrane vacuum pump (with automatic switching) is perfectly adapted to the requirements. It is integrated in the housing, running gently and is sucking off the liquid very fast.

If sucking off is stopped by means of the handle, the pump switches off automatically. If vacuum is needed, the pump switches on again. Vacuum is available whenever needed.

The handle can be used with a variety of suction devices. It is delivered as standard for taking a Pasteur pipette. By use of the handle suction is started and stopped switching off the pump automatically. The suction rate can be regulated mechanically.

Multi user system
Additional collection units can be connected to the suction system AA 02 and AA 04 (up to 4 pcs.). This can be done:
a: a total of 4 bottles with one handle each
b: a total of 2 bottles with 2 handles each or with parts of each version.

The compact Suction Systems AC

Housing made of easy-care and wearresistant aluminium with a powerful membrane vacuum pump and mounted safety bottle holder as compact and space-saving unit.The membrane vacuum pump is integrated into the housing and perfectly adapted to the requirements; it will suck off the liquids quickly while leaving the solids untouched when handling is correct.Handle AH 01 can also be attached to the different AC suction system devices; however, there is no automatic function here.A recommended option is the footoperated switch AF 01.

The simple but complete Suction Systems AZ

The complete systems AZ are ready for use immediately.

The small and low-noise membrane vacuum pump AP 04 is perfectly adapted to the task to suck the liquids sufficiently fast and leave the solids untouched when correctly handled.Handle AH 01 can also be attached to the different AZ suction system devices or canbe used to regulate the suction rate mechanically.The AZ is most suitable in case liquids with swimming cells are to be sucked.For any stronger suction tasks or any other vacuum jobs, we offer the powerful membrane pump AP 15.
